Rowan Arts has closed due to financial difficulties

This is an extremely sad step to have had to take, and one that we appreciate will be particularly disappointing for the staff, volunteers and partners of Rowan Arts.

Closure Q&As

  1. Why has the charity been forced to close?

Rowan Arts has been forced to close as a result of the fact that it is unable to pay its debts as they fall due. An insolvency practitioner has been appointed:

John Butler
Redman Nichols Butler
Westminster Business Centre
Nether Poppleton
York, YO26 6RB

  1. What will happen to Rowan Arts’ current projects?

We deeply regret that we are unable to continue to support current projects. If you should wish to discuss the possibility of continuing any current project through a separate channel then please get in touch with the Board of Trustees as we would be happy to discuss how any existing projects could be taken forward by another party.

Contact: mailto: info@therowanartsproject.com

  1. Is it too late to contribute?

Rowan Arts has ceased all charitable operations and is no longer able to accept donations.
